Subscription Terms
This page is a consumer-facing summary of how TuxlerVPN Mobile subscriptions work. The authoritative legal documents are the End User License Agreement (EULA), the Terms of Service, and the Refund & Payment Policy. Where this page summarises any of those documents, the underlying document controls in the event of any conflict.

There is no free trial of Premium. There is no annual plan at this time. Premium is offered as a monthly subscription only.
Support
Both tiers include 24/7 email support delivered by a third-party processor (Privacy Policy §2.3). Premium subscribers who include their Google Play order ID with a support request are routed to a priority queue ahead of Standard-tier requests. The order ID is processed solely to verify the active Premium entitlement and is not retained beyond the support thread.
Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Payments made via the Google Play Store are governed by Google’s billing policies. Source: Refund & Payment Policy §2 and EULA §4.
- Cadence. Monthly, in advance. Each billing cycle is one calendar month.
- Currency, taxes, and exchange rates. Handled by Google Play based on your Google account region. Where applicable, Google Play calculates and collects taxes (for example VAT) at billing time.
- Payment methods. Whatever payment methods Google Play accepts in your region. TuxlerVPN Mobile does not store or process your payment details (Privacy Policy §2.2 and Refund & Payment Policy §2).
Auto-renewal
Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Per EULA §4, auto-renewable subscriptions may renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, follow the steps on our Cancel Your Subscription page or in Google Play’s documented cancellation flow (Google Play → Subscriptions → TuxlerVPN Mobile → Cancel subscription).
If you cancel mid-cycle, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. You are not billed for the next period.
Price changes
TuxlerVPN Mobile reserves the right to adjust pricing for new subscriptions or renewals. If a price change affects your active Google Play subscription, you will receive a notification from Google Play before the renewal date and may cancel before the new price takes effect. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Payment Policy and Google Play’s billing rules. In summary:
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies on new paid subscriptions, including Google Play subscription purchases (Refund & Payment Policy §4).
- Within 48 hours of purchase, request the refund directly from Google Play under Order History → Request Refund. Google handles the refund without TuxlerVPN Mobile’s involvement.
- From 48 hours up to 30 days after purchase, contact
[email protected]with your Google Play order ID. We will issue the refund through the Google Play Console where you are eligible under the Refund & Payment Policy.
Refunds may be declined where the request is made more than 30 days after purchase, where there is evidence of clear abuse of the money-back guarantee (for example repeat refunders), or where access has been suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Cancellation
Cancellation is performed through Google Play. The full step-by-step is on our Cancel Your Subscription page. Cancellation does not by itself delete your data. See Privacy Rights and Privacy Policy §11 for the deletion process.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, including refusal to verify a Premium subscription on future connection attempts. Sources: Acceptable Use Policy §3 and EULA §7.
Tax
Where applicable, taxes are calculated and collected by Google Play based on your billing region. TuxlerVPN Mobile does not collect taxes directly from end users. Source: Refund & Payment Policy §2.
Account data after cancellation
When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and then your installation reverts to the Standard tier. Your data is not automatically deleted on cancellation. The categories that may persist are listed in Privacy Policy §11 and the deletion process is described on our Privacy Rights page.
Re-subscribing
You may resubscribe at any time via Google Play. If significant time has passed since cancellation, previous in-app preferences may not be retained because TuxlerVPN Mobile does not maintain a persistent named account between subscriptions (Privacy Policy §2).
Disputes
For any dispute about billing, please first contact [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Where required, refunds are processed through the Google Play Console. The general dispute-resolution mechanics are in Privacy Policy §10 and the Terms of Service.
Updates
This page is reviewed when our subscription mechanics, pricing, or refund terms change. Last reviewed: 3 May 2026.
