Last Updated: 9 May 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
Tuxler Digital Services Corp. (“TuxlerVPN Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect and use data.

By continuing to use our website, you agree to our use of cookies and similar technologies as outlined in this policy.
2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They help websites function efficiently by remembering user preferences, login details, and other browsing information.
Cookies do not collect personal information, but some may store unique identifiers linked to technical data, user settings, or behavioral analytics.
3. CURRENT STATE OF COOKIE USE ON TUXLERVPN.APP
At the time of this policy’s last update, our website sets only strictly necessary cookies, cookies required for basic site functionality and security. We do not currently load any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking technologies, and no third party cookies are placed on your device by tuxlervpn.app.
A cookie consent banner is preemptively deployed for visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The banner offers separate Reject all, Customize, and Accept all controls of equal prominence, plus a per category preferences layer covering Strictly necessary (always on), Analytics, and Advertising. Your saved choice is honored for up to 13 months, after which we will ask again.
The categories described in §4 below include cookie types we may use in the future. If we introduce any non essential cookie, we will (a) update this Cookie Policy to identify the specific provider and what data it collects before activation, and (b) require your explicit consent through the banner before the cookie is set. Until any non essential category is named here, the banner is preemptive: no analytics, advertising, or third party tracker is loaded regardless of your choice.
4. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE
TuxlerVPN Mobile uses the following types of cookies:
4.1 Essential Cookies (Strictly Necessary)

- Enhance the user experience by customizing content.
- Example: Saving language preferences so users do not need to select their language on every visit.
4.3 Performance & Analytics Cookies
- Help us understand how users interact with our website (page views, traffic sources, errors).
- Collect anonymized data to improve website performance.
- Not currently in use. When we introduce analytics, we will name the specific provider in this Cookie Policy and require your consent through a banner before any analytics cookie is set.
4.4 Marketing & Advertising Cookies
- Not currently in use. If and when we introduce advertising cookies, the purpose will be first party only: promoting TuxlerVPN Mobile’s own premium service to visitors of our own website.
- We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
- We will not share your data with data brokers.
- We will not build or share advertising profiles for use across unrelated apps or websites operated by other companies.
- We will not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising on third party properties.
Where a future advertising tool involves a third party platform (for example, measuring conversions on Google Ads or Meta campaigns), the data shared with that platform will be limited to what is needed to measure our own first party campaign performance, and that platform’s use of the data is governed by its own privacy policy. We will identify the specific platform in this Cookie Policy and require your consent through the banner before any such cookie is set.
5. HOW WE USE COOKIES
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Security & Authentication. Verify users, prevent fraud, and maintain website security. (currently in use, strictly necessary)
- User Experience & Preferences. Save user settings, such as language and preferred website layout. (currently in use, strictly necessary)
- Analytics & Performance. Understand website traffic, detect errors, and improve website usability. (planned, not currently in use)
- First-Party Advertising. Promote TuxlerVPN Mobile’s own premium service to visitors of our own website. (planned, not currently in use)
All cookies currently set on tuxlervpn.app are placed by TuxlerVPN Mobile directly. We do not currently use third party cookie providers. See §3 and §6 for the conditions under which any future third party cookie would be introduced.
6. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We do not currently use any third party cookie providers. If we add third party tools in the future, they will be limited to the analytics and first party advertising purposes described in §4.3 and §4.4, and we will identify each provider here and require your consent through the banner before any cookie is set. We do not now and will not in the future sell your personal data or facilitate behavioral advertising for unrelated companies.
If at that time you wish to review the privacy practices of any third party provider we use, links to their privacy policies will be added to this section.
7. HOW YOU CAN CONTROL COOKIES
You have the right to accept, reject, or manage cookies at any time. Here’s how:
7.1 Managing Cookies via Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to:
- Block or delete cookies from specific websites.
- Enable “Do Not Track” (DNT) settings to prevent third party tracking.
To adjust your browser settings, follow these links:
- Google Chrome: Manage Cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Clear cookies and site data
- Apple Safari: Manage cookies
- Microsoft Edge: View and delete cookies
7.2 Opting Out of Analytics & Advertising Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are currently set by our website, so there is nothing to opt out of at this time. Once we begin using such cookies, opt-out instructions for each provider will be added here.
7.3 Cookie Consent Banner
Our cookie consent banner is deployed on first visit for users in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. From the first layer you can:
- Accept all cookies (including future analytics and advertising once introduced).
- Reject all non-essential cookies.
- Customize preferences per category. Strictly necessary (always on, cannot be disabled), Analytics, and Advertising / Marketing.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer (Privacy & Data column). Saved choices are honored for up to 13 months, after which the banner reappears so you can reaffirm or update your preferences.
The banner is currently preemptive: as noted in §3, no analytics, advertising, or third party tracker is loaded regardless of your choice. Your selection takes effect once such cookies are introduced and named in this policy. For Google products specifically, our site is wired to Google Consent Mode v2, so denied analytics or advertising consent translates into Google’s “denied” signals before any Google tag fires.
8. DATA RETENTION & COOKIE EXPIRATION
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies last between 7 days and 13 months, depending on their purpose. The cookie consent record itself is retained at the upper end of this range (13 months) so you are not asked again on every visit; after that period it expires and the banner reappears for reaffirmation, in line with CNIL Délibération n° 2020-091.
We do not store personally identifiable information (PII) in cookies, and all collected data is anonymized where possible.
9. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE
TuxlerVPN Mobile adheres to Panamanian law regarding data privacy while also complying with international regulations where applicable:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) Requires explicit consent for non-essential cookies.
- Users have the right to access, delete, or restrict cookies.
ePrivacy Directive (EU)
- Requires websites to provide clear cookie policies and obtain opt-in consent.
