REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Payment Policy establishes the terms and conditions related to billing, payments, refunds, and chargebacks for TuxlerVPN Mobile’s services.
By purchasing a TuxlerVPN Mobile subscription, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws governing digital payments.
While TuxlerVPN Mobile operates under Panamanian law, we comply with global payment processing standards to ensure secure and transparent transactions.
For mobile app subscriptions on Android devices, all payments will be processed via the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play’s billing policies.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
TuxlerVPN Mobile accepts payments through the following methods:
- Google Play Billing (for Android mobile app purchases)
Important Notes:
- Payments made via Google Play Store must be managed directly through Google Play’s billing system.
- TuxlerVPN Mobile does not store or process payment details for Google Play purchases.
3. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
3.1 Subscription Plans
TuxlerVPN Mobile offers subscription-based services, including:
- Monthly plans for individual users.
- Free plans with limited access.
All paid subscriptions provide access to premium features for the active subscription period.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
- For Android users: Subscription renewals and cancellations must be managed via Google Play Store account settings.
3.3 Price Adjustments
- TuxlerVPN Mobile reserves the right to adjust pricing for new subscriptions or renewals.
- If a price change affects your active Google Play subscription, you will receive a notification from Google Play before the renewal date.
4. REFUND POLICY
TuxlerVPN Mobile offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on new paid subscriptions, including Google Play subscription purchases and any web-based subscriptions.
4.1 Refund Policy for Google Play Store Purchases
Google Play subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are processed in two stages depending on how soon you request one:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: You may request an automatic refund directly from Google via the Play Store (Order History → Request Refund). Google handles the refund without TuxlerVPN Mobile’s involvement.
- From 48 hours up to 30 days after purchase: Google will typically decline the automatic refund and direct you to contact the developer. Email [email protected] with your Google Play order ID and TuxlerVPN Mobile will issue the refund directly through the Google Play Console (Orders → Issue Refund). There are no processing fees.
4.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are issued at TuxlerVPN Mobile’s discretion and may be declined if:
-The refund is requested more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
-There is evidence of clear abuse of the money-back guarantee, such as repeat refunders or users who have previously been refunded for the same product.
-Your access to the Service was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
5.1 Refund Requests for Google Play Store Purchases
For refunds on Android app purchases:
-Within 48 hours of purchase: Open the Google Play Store, go to Order History, select the TuxlerVPN Mobile purchase, and tap Request Refund. Google processes the refund automatically.
-From 48 hours up to 30 days after purchase: Email [email protected] with your Google Play order ID and the email address used for purchase. TuxlerVPN Mobile will review the request and, where eligible under Section 4, issue the refund through the Google Play Console.
-For web-based subscriptions (where applicable), email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
6. CHARGEBACK PREVENTION POLICY
TuxlerVPN Mobile enforces strict chargeback policies to prevent fraud.
6.1 Consequences of Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed improperly, the following may occur:
- Immediate subscription suspension until resolved.
- Permanent ban from using TuxlerVPN Mobile.
- Legal action for fraudulent chargeback filings.
6.2 How to Resolve a Payment Issue
-Contact TuxlerVPN Mobile support first at [email protected] if you have a billing issue.
-Request a refund properly through Google Play or TuxlerVPN Mobile’s official process.
-Check billing statements to verify transactions before disputing charges.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY
TuxlerVPN Mobile actively monitors for fraudulent transactions to protect users and maintain platform integrity.
7.1 Security Measures
To prevent fraudulent activity, we may:
- Verify payment details before processing transactions.
- Request additional identity verification for suspicious transactions.
- Block or suspend access to the Service for users engaged in fraudulent activity.
7.2 Payment Denial
TuxlerVPN Mobile reserves the right to reject payments or suspend subscriptions if:
-A payment is flagged as high risk.
-There are multiple failed transactions from the same user.
-The payment was made using a stolen credit card or fraudulent Google Play account.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Refund & Payment Policy is governed by Panamanian law.
-Users must first contact TuxlerVPN Mobile support for any disputes.
-If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Panama.
-Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
